Communicate with DC, help our 3PL partner to balance their labors and space plan when inbound or sales loading not consistent.• Create rolling weekly and monthly Demand vs Supply Tracker to provide a view of Sales Orders, Receipts and Available Inventory analysts. Call out and identify gaps in advance, and provide recommendations to Purchasing, Marketing, Account Services and Finance. For example, Global Launching, Past Request & Cancel Risk, Surplus Review, OS and Year End. Give clear priority instructions to DC to ensure core styles and key accounts are being managed properly with dates and meet service level requirements.2. Operations Performance - Lead a team, working with Sales Reps, Account Services and 3PL DC to ensure wholesales, retail and e-com orders were fulfilled within SLA. Returns/refusals (reverse logistics) are being managed in the same manner.•Forecast Inventory Flow, tracking on DC cycle count process and inventory sync, investigating inventory adjustments, Frozen to ensure 99% accuracy. Reducing back orders, and providing real-time inventory visibility crossing main DC and other offsite warehouses. •Follow up with IT Development teams and 3PL DC to ensure Customer Master mapping properly, correct EDI/ERP Data pass through timely and communicate effectively. 3.Cost Control and Process Improvement - Identify Cost/Budget with Finance for 3PL, transportation, customs, and carrier partners, provide unit cost analysts to ensure accurate financial signal is being followed.•Support Surplus Review process, run aged inventory analysis, to ensure customer canceled orders resale and closeout inventory pushing out. •Reviewing orders routing guide by area and collecting logistics delivery records from UPS to provide what-if analysts to high-level managers with recommendations for delivering Must-Win Customers faster and on better rate.
