In 1989, I began my career with Ice-Masters as Office Manager/Bookkeeper of our first branch office in Warsaw, MO. We relocated that branch to it's present location in Sedalia, MO. 1995-1996 I was promoted to Accounts Manager/Sales. 1996 -1997 promoted to our home office in Shawnee, KS, Accounts Manager/Sales. 1997 - 2022, Manager of Ice-Masters, helping to grow the business year after year. Ice-Masters was locally owned and operated by Bob & Judy Tramposh for 29 of my years with the company. I proudly worked at their side as part of their management team to grow their business to a total of 4 locations. Ice-Masters joined the Easy Ice family in 2018 which provided us the opportunity to continue our growth into a national marketplace. January 2022, we moved the Shawnee location to a new 32,000 sqf building in Lenexa and we are operating as Easy Ice. What a fun and exciting time in my career to continue on a path of personal and professional growth with Easy Ice! For me, it's not about a title on a card...It's about loving what I do, who I work with and providing our customers with excellent service! I am very proud to have celebrated my 35th year in the business and look forward to continuing my career with this amazing company!

I have retired from my position as a member of the Board of Directors of Johnson County's only domestic violence shelter after completing my second term in January 2015.I served as Vice President Government Relations, Executive Committee, Board Development Committee, SAFEHOME's Will Shields Flag Football & Children's Soccer Tournament Committee Member and Event Chairman. During my time on the board, we also managed SAFEHOME's 2nd Capital Campaign to remodel the existing building, relocated administrative services and add additional family space to the shelter.Prior to serving as a Board Member, I volunteered in various areas. Since completing my time with the Board, I continue to volunteer when and where needed in addition to continuing service on various committees of interest. I am honored to have received the Martha Hunt Award, SAFEHOME's founder and Will Shields Red Flags of Domestic Violence Awards for my volunteer services during my years working with the organization.Most importantly, I am dedicated to supporting an organization that works with such conviction to support victims of domestic violence. My hope is that my daughters will never be faced with the need to protect themselves from domestic violence but should they ever have to do so, I want a place like SAFEHOME to be there to help and council them and others that are in need.
