Handling the branch back office operations functions including L/Gs, L/Cs, IDCs, money transfer and collection. Managing custody of security items in the branch. Execution of financial and non-financial customers’ requests. Reporting and rectification of all transactions exceptions/ deviations.

Communicate and perform tasks related to all Wealth customers including all revenue and non-revenue activities, coordinate and communicate effectively with branch staff to ensure that customers’ requests are processed timely and effectively, project an image of trust and ensure a zero-error execution of transactional processing, ensure awareness and adherence to the Bank’s Code of Conduct, internal related policies and procedures, CBE regulations, Banking Law, Anti-Money Laundry Law and Secrecy Law.

Responsible for introducing, selling and cross selling all consumer banking products to existing and new branch customers aiming at achieving branch and zone sales plan targets along with maintaining superior quality and customer service standards contributing towards the Bank’s market image and complying with standard operating procedures.

Involving all related functions and activities including cash deposits and withdrawals, foreign exchange, point of sales payments, ATM replenishment, balancing, cash shipments, selling prepaid cards and processing entries on system.
