I have a passion for building strong relationships. It is my pleasure to provide excellent customer service, sales and remote management support for my employer and our customers throughout the Midwest. My responsibilities start with the order and include arranging transportation and monitoring logistical challenges and continues with conscientious communication, resolving customer concerns, sales support and monitoring production as it affects our customers. I pride myself on my ability to build relationships that matter, a positive approach to problem solving and excellent oral and written communication skills.

I am responsible for locating and creating a comfortable living environment for incoming employees, for many of Des Moines' top companies, whose employees are relocating to the Des Moines area for a new job, often with families who are unfamiliar with the area schools, etc. These people are usually undergoing a life changing event that requires temporary or semi-permanent housing. My job is to make the relocation process as painless and as seamless as possible which requires knowledge of the community, properties, client budgets, rental rates and amenities and relocation costs. I build friendly, professional, ongoing relationships with vendors and businesses that provide relocation products, such as movers, storage businesses, furniture distributors and utility providers. I provide assistance with scheduling move in and move out and connecting clients with the community. I am involved in the details throughout the leasing process from move in to move out. *I created a unique and comprehensive corporate housing program for Elevate Living that was personalized for our clients. I strive to grow and maintain a program that is "top notch", reputable, profitable and unique to my employer.
