With over 30 years experience, my career in the Information Technology field is quite diverse. With an emphasis on project planning and management, specification development, application integration, and training, I'm well versed in many of the latest technologies. I have managed all aspects (staffing, business development, and operating responsibilities) of both small- and large-scale technology projects. I've been instrumental in guiding my clients while working closely with developers to implement technology solutions and provide quality services. As a former developer, I've assumed lead roles in developing diverse and technologically advanced systems incorporating object-oriented design methodologies and distributive processing for both small and Fortune 100 companies. My strong business and engineering background provides a complementary skill base useful in applying the new information technologies to current and future business challenges.I've served as an adjunct lecturer in the Computer Engineering Departments of Marquette University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and I am a Gartner Institute Certified Project Manager and Gartner Institute Certified Instructor in Project Management. I enjoy traveling the world, and have visited 6 of the world’s 7 continents, with plans to visit the last (Australia) in the upcoming years.
