This position involved originating loans for income producing property such as single tenant properties, hotels, apartments, retail, industrial buildings and office buildings across the United States. This involves underwriting the real estate and the sponsorship of the properties, reviewing appraisal, environmental reports and property condition reports, and all loan documentation. Once the loan is closed, my position includes managing my portfolio which has averaged $150MM to a high of $300MM in size.
