Besides being a global community of changemakers, we also are a laboratory for innovative and participatory facilitation methodologies and practices. Over the years we have built a global group of 65 impact-focused facilitators, all recruited from the ChangemakerXchange community, who are both changemakers and skilled facilitators. Trained in offline and online facilitation and based in cities around the world they’re ready to facilitate anything from 2-hour digital conversations to five-day retreats.

This alliance aims to federate the initiatives of young people and support the engagement of Malagasy youth in environmental governance and environmental justice related to the three Rio conventions at all levels.

I completed specialized training and demonstrated the required commitment and the ability to be a champion for positive citizen leadership on sustainability. The training was facilitated by United People Global and the Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership in 2023; and conducted in close collaboration with leading institutions, experts and stakeholders.

Aspire Leaders Program, a fully funded opportunity for international students founded by Harvard Business School Professors, provided me the chance to grow as a participant. This incredible program grants access to Harvard University's coursework and mentorship. It hones leadership styles and teaches effective management of factors driving team performance, allowing me to bring out the best in others.

I represent African Voice in Madagascar, serving as the point of contact for Malagasy individuals interested in participating in the organization's programs and events since October 2022. I also have trained forty young people in debate and public speaking. Our team won third place in the African Debate Championship. Youth voice truly matters. In a world where the issues faced by young people are often overlooked, providing them with the opportunities to speak is crucial.

The International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition is an international science competition that enables students from all countries to prove their skills and to unleash their creativity in the fields of astronomy and astrophysics. Astronomy and astrophysics have always fascinated me, and I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences to inspire the next generation. I hope to help young people pursue their dreams and contribute to a better understanding of the universe.

The International Global Network (IGN) is a youth development organization that brings young people together from across the globe to collaborate on business, technical, cultural, and social initiatives. As an Official Ambassador since August 2022, I have promoted IGN's mission and values. I have encouraged attendance at global summits and connected youth leaders worldwide. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I am passionate about finding solutions to global issues and have demonstrated a willingness to work both independently and collaboratively.

As the Representative for Madagascar at SkillGate's Keep Learning program, I have been responsible for connecting Malagasy individuals with courses and resources to help them acquire global knowledge and build their professional skills. SkillGate offers a range of courses, including CISCO CCNA and Cloud Computing. In my role, I serve as the point of communication for those who are interested in attending courses or have questions about accessing SkillGate's resources.

As the Vice President of Malagasy Youth for Development Y4D, I have been able to effectively oversee the coordination of various activities in the Haute Matsiatra and the regions close, and represent the association in Fianarantsoa regions and district. Through our training programs and events, we have been able to empower many young people and make a positive impact on the economic development of our community.

As a BYU-Pathway Give Hope Campaign Ambassador, I strongly believe that everyone deserves education, and we can greatly bless and change future students' lives through our efforts. By spreading the word about the campaign and encouraging others to donate, we are helping to support the causes that matter most to us. Together, we can make a difference at BYU-Pathway and beyond. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this initiative, and I encourage everyone to join us in giving hope to those who need it most.

Dedicating my efforts to drive positive change, I took the initiative to launch the transformative Campus Ambassador program in Madagascar. With utmost dedication, I collaborated closely with the Youth Opportunities Ambassadors from Madagascar, who assumed pivotal roles as Coordinators. This dynamic team, in turn, orchestrated a network of Campus Ambassadors drawn from prestigious universities in the heart of Antananarivo and Fianarantsoa. Through the relentless synergy of our endeavors, we have forged impactful partnerships with a multitude of universities, thereby opening up a gateway of opportunities for the youth. This program stands as a testament to our unwavering commitment to empower the younger generation and pave the way for a brighter future.

As a Regional Coordinator for Youth Opportunities, I supervise Ambassadors from various countries in Africa including Ethiopia, Kenya, Madagascar, Mauritius, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. My role involves ensuring the successful completion of the Youth Opportunities Global Ambassador program, which provides young people with opportunities for personal and professional growth. One of my major accomplishments has been initiating the Campus Ambassador program in Madagascar. Through this program, we have partnered with various universities to provide young people with access to more opportunities. By promoting these opportunities and providing guidance, we hope to help young people develop the skills and experience they need to succeed in their careers and make a positive impact in their communities.

As the Global Ambassador for Madagascar at Youth Opportunities since February 2022, I have helped connect young people in Madagascar with life-changing opportunities to further their careers and personal growth. I have hosted webinars and events, including a webinar with Alizée CCM, the founder of Zero Waste Shanghai, on circular economy. These efforts have led to the creation of a certificate of participation that included participants from all over the world, including the United States, India, Europe, and Africa. I also organized an on-site chess tournament in Madagascar. Chess is a game that teaches strategic thinking and problem-solving, and it has been proven to help with concentration and memory. By organizing this tournament, I aimed to promote the game of chess and its benefits to the youth in Madagascar.

Sirius, our Changemaker creator tool in Africa, and the Huawei Best Tech4good Project by our Team Kintana stand alongside DRC and Zimbabwe as part of our commitment to alleviating poverty. Our mission is to generate employment opportunities by empowering young entrepreneurs.

As a full-time Campus Ambassador for Huawei, I encouraged students to learn on the Huawei platform in ICT, organized online and offline events to promote Huawei's offerings, and represented Huawei at my university, resulting in increased awareness and interest in Huawei's services and technologies among students. Through these efforts, I helped to improve digital literacy and promote technological advancement among students, ultimately contributing to the development of the digital landscape in my university and beyond.

As a Business English Trainer for Pietra Hotel, a prestigious hotel located throughout Madagascar, I provided training to the hotel staff to improve their English language proficiency in the areas of hotel and restaurant topics. This enabled them to communicate more effectively with English-speaking guests and colleagues, resulting in a more positive guest experience and enhancing the hotel's reputation.

As a member of the Public Relations and Partnership team for the Association of Students of the National School of Computer Science for one month in January 2022, I acted as a communication point between the university and enterprise for events and partnerships. In this role, I facilitated communication and coordination between the association, university, and various enterprises, resulting in successful partnerships and collaborations, and increased participation in events. Additionally, I helped to enhance the visibility and reputation of the university and the association by actively promoting their events and activities.

As the National President of Mamelona Association, I led a team that monitored the association's activities across Madagascar, organized training sessions to develop the skills of our members, supported marginalized and underprivileged communities, and launched a tree-planting initiative to promote environmental sustainability. Through these efforts, we were able to positively impact the lives of many people and contribute to the sustainable development of our communities.

As an Academic Mentor for Young Professionals in Science and Technology since January 2021, I have been mentoring students in various academic and personal areas to help them achieve their goals. Through regular meetings and discussions, I provided guidance and support to help students navigate academic challenges, develop critical thinking skills, and improve their overall performance. As a result of my efforts, I have seen significant growth and improvement in the students' academic and personal development, as well as an increase in their motivation and confidence to achieve their goals.

During my two-year part-time employment as a junior web developer at I&T Partners in Paris, I developed Wordpress sites, managed user registration and login, secured blogs, and implemented password authentication systems using PHP, MySQL, and Wordpress, which improved my skills and enabled me to deliver effective web development solutions for clients. Additionally, I gained proficiency in user experience through managing blog posts and comments, setting up a 404 page, and had the chance to be mentored by the CEO, Tsanta Randriatsitohaina, who was of great help in my professional growth.

As a Youth Mentor and Community Manager for Club d'entraide de l'ENI C2E since January 2021, I have been working to support and mentor young people in science and technology. In addition to my mentoring role, I also engaged in community management activities such as organizing events, building partnerships with other organizations, and managing social media accounts to increase the visibility of the club and attract new members. Through these efforts, I have helped to create a supportive community for young people interested in science and technology, and have developed strong partnerships with other organizations to enhance the impact of the club's activities.

Fianarantsoa, Madagascar

During a 3-month internship with Ralaivao establishment in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar, I designed and produced computer maintenance management software which included creating a dashboard with authentication of the administrator account, user management with registration approval by the administrator, and various functionalities such as creation, modification, deletion, and search for customers, materials, parts, and repairs, as well as statistics of repaired equipment and company finance, and editing of IT maintenance invoices using PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter, and Php Desktop Chrome.

Fianarantsoa, Madagascar

During a 3-month internship with Fiharysoft in Fianarantsoa, Madagascar, I designed, produced, and customized the official website, managed online registrations and subscriptions in the database, and worked with PHP and MySQL. As a result of my internship with Fiharysoft, the official website was updated with a more personalized design, allowing for smoother online registrations and subscriptions management, and contributing to my hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL.
