I recently formed a entrepreneurial training company with Suzy Schutz and Judy Perez. It is an online training company, that offers business education for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Standard education teaches us how to be an employee not a small business owner. eL3 concentrates on delivering curriculum that helps entrepreneurs form and sustain a successful business. We offer a business planning/strategy class that can be delivered online or in a blended learning format. The curriculum is currently being used by SBDC. We will be teaching facilitators to teach the program as well. We also custom design online curriculum for business professionals who want to provide information to their clients in an educational format.

Started accounting/bookkeeping firm with a friend and business partner. Concentrating on helping independent business owners set up and use their "book" as a management tool not just a tracking tool. Work with owner's CPA or tax professional to make sure financials meet owner's long term goals and help the business owner make strategic decisions.Also offer entreprenuers QuickBooks and basic accounting principles if they choose.

Built the training programs throughout the various departments of AAA Colorado. Devised all employee new hire, management and customer service for AAA Colorado. Developed impleted quality control/coaching for Emergency Road Service that helped improved our customer service rankings within the Federation. It was also implemented in the travel and insurance departments to improve customer service/sales numbers. The program was so successful, it was used as a model for quality control for several other AAAs in the Federation.

Managed the Business Department for one of the largest vocational colleges in San Bernardino. Managed over 30 instructors and 7 different business programs with over 800 students. Developed curriculum for the school and the State of California to teach people marketable skills for the business world.
