    Science Project, the High Altitude Balloon (HAB) called “SpaceBlimp7” (SB7). This was a multidisciplinary science project which convened three non-governmental organizations in the DMV area, United States • Wikipedia-Wikimedia Washington DC Group • Rockville Science Center and • HacDC. Nancy acted as the Program Manager and was responsible for: • Creating the program organizational structure (which included two technical division's managers), • Payload Research and Experiments Development • Managing the program's budget, • Interfacing with the leadership of all three organizations • Communication process development and • Curriculum development. The High Altitude Balloon called SB7 was a project dedicated to the education and near-space exploration, This science project included the launch, tracking and recovery of a stratospheric latex balloon (near space high-altitude balloon or HAB) that ascends through Earth's atmosphere to near space up to a height of about 100,000 feet. The project evaluated buoyancy, basic electronics and energy storage, triangulation, timekeeping, radio propagation, weather prediction, FAA regulations and stratospheric environment conditions through the use of payloads, including electronics, radio transmitters, cameras, GPS receivers, atmospheric and/or near-space experiments carried in the balloon. There were several division within the program from November 2017 to April 2018.
