As Managing Director of Cliff House, the iconic and completely re-imagined waterfront resort near Ogunquit, Maine, I lead and inspire a team of managers and staff of the 226-room, 70-acre luxury property, which includes a destination spa, multiple food and beverage brands, and a 25,000 square foot conference center.As a strategic and operational leader, I strive to develop a dynamic culture - and vision - of exceptional hospitality at Cliff House. Responsible for both travelers’ guest experience at the resort, ensuring the consistent delivery of remarkable service, as well as, for exceeding the expectations of key property stakeholders, including ownership, partners, resort staff at all levels, and the local community at large.Prior to joining Cliff House, I served as President of Workshop AZ, a prominent Arizona-based business consulting firm which provided strategic leadership, master facilitation and inspirational coaching to management companies, ownership groups and investors for hospitality and service-related brands. My client work included over 40 hotels, ranging from luxury resorts, major conference centers, urban-minded city hotels, and independent boutique properties located throughout North America, many within the Destination Hotels and Two Roads Hospitality portfolio.In addition to consulting, my career in hospitality spans senior leadership roles in sales, marketing and operations. I am also currently an instructor at Georgetown University’s Master of Professional Studies in Global Hospitality Leadership program.
