Headquartered in Sweden, Molnlycke Healthcare is a Norcross, Georgia-based $1 billion dollar global provider of single-use surgical and wound care products for the health care sector including Safetac wound care products, Biogel Surgeons gloves and Hibiclens antisepsis.In this role, Nancy led a sales organization and clinical team for a $140M+ surgical division. She re-aligned sales organization optimizing productivity and sales results. She also championed a strategic sales process to vertically integrate a targeted team selling, customer management system. Additionally, Nancy developed a pricing strategy to retain and grow the sales of premium priced products in a cost-competitive market. Finally, she reversed a margin decline by working cross functionally to implement disciplines to maintain a solid pricing platform.

In her first executive position at Molnlycke, Nancy led a team of Corporate Account Executives responsible for developing and executing contract strategies with group purchasing organizations (GPO's), the government, regional purchasing alliances, IDNs and medical distributors for both acute and non-acute care markets. Simultaneously, she managed legal and financial obligations for national account customers including pricing strategies and contract terms and conditions and RFP requirements.

In this role, Nancy managed relationships and negotiated and executed contracts with healthcare group purchasing organizations (GPO), regional healthcare systems, IDNs and distributors. She also collaborated with field managers and sales representatives to successfully implement agreements that drove 95% of company revenue. Additionally, Nancy established and maintained effective relationships at all management levels within key GPOs at Premier, Novation, MedAssets, Amerinet and Healthtrust purchasing groups and their respective sub groups..

In 1995, Baxter sold the Dietary Products Division to Kraft Foodservice. The latter became a national distributor of food and foodservice equipment and supplies to restaurants, and institutions. During this period, Nancy spearheaded the negotiation and implementation of corporate contracts exceeding $200 million in annual sales delivering >10% revenue growth per year with national lodging companies. She leveraged her matrix management skills to direct over 100 field sales representatives and region managers to achieve revenue and profit goals.
