Administrator Project Lead / Assessment Coordinator

Responsible for supporting the assessment team, and to ensure that the proper Bill of Materials ﴾BOM﴿ and drawings for the assessors to perform the assessments required by the Statement of Work ﴾SOW﴿. This in-cludes the coordination before, during, and after the audits. Responsible for the preliminary and post report and pricing verification, supporting the auditors and ensuring that all iPad files are current and updated for each specific assessment. Writes and keeps group procedures up‐to‐date by means of work instructions, flow charts, templates, and written processes. Files all documentation on the project network, Salesforce, and place all final assessments on Dashboard tool. Submit turnover request for projects ready for closure. Create sales opportunity for LSE to follow up on upon completion of assessment. Create and maintain assessment check sheets through Pronto Forms software. Remain alert to allPronto Forms and Apple software updates and notify team with specific instructions. Serve as the main point of contact between Pronto Forms and auditors in case of issues – facilitates support calls and follow up. Lead weekly scheduling meeting to ensure that everything is falling in place on the schedule and to prepare for big projects that are coming up. Research, print, fold and send AutoCAD layout drawings for auditors for full sys-tems assessments. Upload assets being assessed on Pronto Forms prior to assessment. Pull, review and prepare assessment report with all required information and send to the SME for approval. Communicate with auditors to maintain report deadlines. Request and reconcile parts quotes for reporting purposes. Work closely with SME’s, parts and quote departments to answer questions they may have about the assessment. Conduct inter-nal reviews of the assessment report prior to sending final report. Submit final report to all necessary associ-ates. Troubleshoot iPads as needed.
