Managed 19 domestic and international divestiture, liquidation and consolidation projects from a Corporate Accounts Payable perspective raising significant capital for the bank. Developed procedures and coordinated efforts across internal companies and departments to disentangle targeted companies/cost centers from processing/operations and to smoothly transition impacted associates within challenging timelines.

• Supported the Improve Control Program (ICP) for Commercial Markets, Consumer and Business Banking business lines. o Identified options to mitigate or resolve identified areas of risk associated to identity theft, fraud, or operational loss and promoted the resulting projects thru Citizens Bank’s project initiation process to review for funding and approval.

• Key contributor to the implementation and Enterprise wide rollout of a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) product and access administration tool, BMC’s Control-SA/Enterprise Security Station, as well as developing and integrating business process to support the high priority initiative to improve identity management, resource provisioning and reduce security exposure. • Key contributor to improving robustness and advancing usefulness of an in-house developed workflow product used enterprise wide by legal, compliance and marketing groups to review and approve Fidelity’s advertising and non-advertising materials for compliance. • Planned and managed large implementations of Fidelity’s relationship management tool, Symphony 1:1, to Retail organization desktops using the implementation model developed while working in the FIRG organization.

• As primary technical contributor, coordinated and executed the pilot of a beta version of a vendor supplied Role Based Access Control product (RAS Enterprise) developed by Technologic Software Concepts, Inc. to automate multi-platform (UNIX, DEC, Tandem, DB2, MVS/RACF Mainframe, NT, HP-OpenMail) security administration and generate a ‘people-centric’ view of security access. RAS Enterprise was purchased by IBM and became Access 360.o Responsibilities included process and data analysis, requirements and scope definition, and planning/executing a proof of concept and product acceptance across multiple platforms.

• Managed projects improving robustness and advancing usefulness of a workflow product developed internally and used enterprise wide by legal, compliance and marketing groups to review and approve Fidelity’s advertising and non-advertising materials ensuring corporate compliance. o Worked closely with Governance Board and business users to develop annual budget, contributed to strategic direction, provided recommendations for process improvement, provided financial and project status, and managed projects servicing business and technical stakeholders.• Key contributor to the pilot implementation and Enterprise wide rollout of BMC’s Control-SA/Enterprise Security Station, a Role Based Access Control (RBAC) identity management product and users access administration tool.o Developed and integrated business processes used to support the high priority initiative to improve identity management and resource provisioning and reducing security exposure. o Provided in-depth understanding of information security concepts and technical knowledge of numerous platforms, applications and databases. o Core team contributor to the development and continued enhancement of a Product Implementation/Rollout Methodology (e.g. user-friendly tools, project templates, best practices, white papers). o Worked with the vendor, BMC, enhancing and ensuring stability and reliability of the Control-SA product. • Planned and managed large implementations of Fidelity’s relationship management tool, Symphony 1:1, to Retail organization desktops using the implementation model developed while working in the FIRG organization. These highly visible product implementations included mainframe data feeds to an Informix database through mid-tier Siebel component servers to SMS managed desktops with management reporting distributed to the web.
