Where I am most successful and where I derive the greatest levels of satisfaction is when I am empowered to develop and create opportunities that impact the well-being of others, be that now or in the future.With 30+years’ experience in financial services, I have a strong background in -management, -sales-training, -communication and consultative advice-operations-complianceI provided exceptional value to those with whom I work.I am -a confident, passionate and articulate communicator, both individually and in groups-a leader who empowers those I work with to achieve their best possible performance.I share my experience and knowledge to allow others to grow and achieve corporate objectives and their own aspirations. I took a break from corporate to formalise my dispute resolution and training experience and explore other areas of interest, such as Foster care. I passed the FASEA exam and after consideration, have now retired. I am open to mentoring, however. Any knowledge I have I am happy to pass on.
