I am assisting Gemelli projects as they work in a variety of industries to provide a range of commercial strategy, business case development, and impact assessment advice. I am currently assisting in the Ōtautahi Urban Guild, Madras Square co-housing development, and the Habitat for Humanity, Christchurch Housing Initiative.

As the Consumer Collecting Specalist, I was required to manage the front line of Red Bull’s local sampling and collegiate marketing efforts. I ensure our two Student Marketeer programs continue to run smoothly, driving trial through our Wings Team program and building brand love & can love with our Student Brand Manager (SBM) program. A critical part of our core marketing strategy enables the Wings and SBMs to be the local face to our global brand. Tasks include: • Plan, develop and execute National and Regional Red Bull campaigns and events. • Manage a team of brand and campus ambassadors. • Manage the Consumer Collecting Program for New Zealand.• Develop and execute sales support initiatives for local field teams. • Build on our local business marketing plans that aligning with National and Global Priorities. • Monitor, review, and report on key performance Indicators. • Manage budgets and targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

I am a part of the Christchurch Wings Team and the Team Manager for the Christchurch and Dunedin Wings Teams. The Christchurch team is a team of 4 and the Dunedin team a team of 2, all relatable, knowledgeable and captivating students. As a Red Bull employee, we are passionate about Red Bull and are able to share our love for the brand with current and future consumers during the very many occasions. As a Wings Team member there are two main aspects to the job. One, is acting as the face of the brand and introducing new users to the Red Bull cans. We aim to ensure each consumer experiences good quality sampling experiences, taking the time to talk to them and allow them to understand the brand history and the Red Bull can facts. We do this important act through offering a complimentary Red Bull product and keyring in the consumers’ along with an unforgettable experience that will drive brand loyalty. Sales Support is the second main aspect to the Wings Team job description. We spent nearly half of our working hours visiting both on premise and off premise accounts to ensure that they are more than satisfied Red Bull accounts. We focus on increasing visibility in-store and driving availability and demand to help facilitate our relationships with our accounts. We are constantly striving to offer a premium product and brand through this support.As the Team Manager of the Christchurch and Dunedin Wings Team there is a third aspect to my role. These two teams, combined cover the entire South Island. In this role I do the girls shifts, ensuring they work in with their University schedules. I take note of both cities stock count making sure we are never too short for our missions. I do checks on our Red Bull, to confirm the Mini is safe and legal for the girls and the New Zealand roads. I establish monthly plans off the information handed down to make certain the teams meet our sales and sampling targets.
