Know thyself is a principle I live by.After two decades in the corporate world, relentlessly striving for achievement and recognition, I became so closely tied to my role and title that it felt like that was all I was.As a former lawyer and risk executive for global financial organisations, I know firsthand the pressures and demands of a high-level career. The constant drive to prove my worth, combined with working in environments lacking resources and support for sustainable success, led to burnout. That experience forced me to pause and re-evaluate everything—my values, my relationship with work, and how I valued myself, not just for what I achieved, but for who I am at my core.Now, as a Catalyst Coach, I work with professional women who have achieved success, but at a cost. Many have gained recognition through constant striving, driven by the need to prove themselves, but are now exhausted and wondering if it’s too late to start again. They feel overwhelmed by uncertainty, unsure of how to begin a new chapter.These women seek a life of purpose—one where they can still contribute, but in a way that is sustainable and honours their true selves. I guide them through this transformation by helping them reconnect with their authentic selves and reshape their lives around what really matters.As a somatic psychotherapy student, I’m deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection and how it influences both personal and professional growth. This training allows me to support clients on a deeper level, integrating both cognitive and somatic awareness to help them live more authentically.I work with women who are ready to be seen for all of who they are. But this journey starts with self-awareness. You can’t expect an organisation to recognise your full potential unless you first know yourself.
