As a Human Resources Professional the ability to foster internal relationships is fundamental to creating mutual trust. In a previous position of HR Safety Assistant, I developed effective organization skills ensuring accuracy of data entry and file management to assist with the timely closure of Worker Compensation Claims. By setting the foundation of mutual trust, when Work Comp claims came along I’m not a stranger to the associate. By using empathy and compassion, the injured employee comes to understand they are not just a number, which allows numerous opportunities for redirecting and training with positive impacts.
