Traveled to various locations to present to organizations and clients on the Extended Service Agreement Programs offered and customized to each group/dealer. I also conducted various webinars to educate dealers on the the program and Extended Service Agreements.

Previously was in charge of Customer Service and Dealer Enrollment Departments for leading HVAC/R Extended Service Agreement Company.
