• Spearheaded streamlining of ordering process in collaboration with operational teams, resulting in significant reduction in provisioning time from 7 business days to 3 business days for product suite of managed services.
• Proactively worked with vendors to complete disconnects that were not requested by Lightpath, resulting in impressive annual cost savings of $1M for company.
