A $90 Million Cotton Fabric Printer; Programmed enhancements for PKMS (Warehouse and Distribution Software), Turtell ERP System (Textile Merchandising Software), UPS, Packing System, and a Color System for multiple divisions and locations with internal and third party warehouses; thereby facilitating production and containing costs.Resolved billing and UPS errors, saving thousands in revenue.Designed modules to resolve system performance and business issues; saving valuable production time for users.Supported five systems while learning new technology (SQL, RPG IV, TL Ashford Barcode Software, Cognos, Access, HTML, Visual Basic); saving on consulting costs.Converted to Jomar Software – a multi-year, multi-phase 750K project; converting from DB2 to SQL.Implemented weekly meetings and instructed colleagues in SQL and RPG IV.

Starting as a consultant, I was hired full time to back up the project leaders in charge of the Turtell Merchandise Software and the PKMS Warehouse and Distribution Software. Eventually this branched out to also supporting our Automation System written in Visual Basic, the Lab's access database, our Colorshop, Labelling, and other various other in-house systems.

Implemented KBM software conversions at Southgate, California; Brooksville, Florida; and Pembroke, Massachusetts; and provided hotline support.Trained new users on KBM software at various locations, including travelling to the Brooksville, Florida facility.Converted data and implemented newly purchased Time and Attendance System (DAPREX).

Converted General Ledger, Account Payable/Receivable applications to Infinium.Prepared systems to be Y2K compliant, using SQL.Supported Financial (Infinium Software) and Manufacturing applications; written in RPG IV.Assisted in writing in-house MRP System.

Supported 80 users on an AS/400 with Data/3 Manufacturing Software (1990) in multiple manufacturing and inventory locations on the East Coast and in the Dominican Republic.Managed Island Pacific Management System. Resolved store polling and inventory issues, for 100+ factory outlet stores. Directed and coordinated software changes to allow utilization by Florida, Dominican Republic facilities; eliminated unnecessary modifications to software package; installed new releases and changed interfaces between software packages. Designed in-house documentation to assist users in year-end closings and physical inventories.
