Gezondheidsmanagement was een van de speerpunten. Daarnaast was ik een luisterend oor voor de mooie groep medewerkers die Leolux rijk is.Leolux is een familiebedrijf met een rijke historie van ruim 75 jaar. De ontwikkeling , verkoop en realisatie van de prachtige en authentieke en exclusieve zitplaatsen (voornamelijk fauteuils en banken) wordt nagenoeg volledig in Nederland gedaan. Het totale personeelsbestand bestaat uit circa 400 medewerkers, het merendeel werkt in Venlo, daarnaast zijn er commerciële vestigingen in Utrecht, Eindhoven, België en Duitsland. In Hongarije is een middelgrote productieplant gevestigd.

Lid van het Managementteam. Eindverantwoordelijk voor de prestaties en resultaten van de medewerkers (30) in de Geldwinkel, Cliënten Advies en Financieel Advies met specialisme woningfinancieringen, verspreid over drie bankkantoren. Hier heb ik als lid van het bouwteam een trekkende rol gehad bij de verbouwing van de twee bijkantoren. De totale automatisering van de balie naar de geldautomaat en het Internetbankieren heb ik mee geïmplementeerd. De medewerkers daarin gestimuleerd en opgeleid. Tevens heb ik het Klanten Service Centrum opgezet.
