• Data entry for all interns including personal information and participating hours
• Ensure accurate communication to over 900 interns via email
• Practiced confidentiality and ensured compliance with HIPAA
• Daily use and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Provide a patient friendly atmosphere for all patients and interns

• Manage database to document resources, services, and budget
• Establish relationships with organizational leaders to ensure compliance with CSO executive order
• Create programs to increase student involvement
• Oversee the item check out process
