I received the "Service Excellence" award from PMA Canada in fall 2014 for showing Professionalism and sales growth with the Liquor Stores Group. This award was the result of a nomination from one of the Country Managers working at PMA Canada. I also received an outstanding service to PMA Canada given to an employee every 4 years in 2013.SUMMARY: Sales presentations to Corporate buyers of the 3 Retail Chain accounts I was responsible for. Retail chain accounts were Liquor Stores General Partnership (Liquor Depot) (177 stores AB, 35 BC); Costco Canada Liquor (11 AB) and Spirits Liquor Marts (8 AB)Merchandising & sales calls to 83 retail accounts in the Edmonton area and accountable for another 150 retail accounts in AB and BC which involved close communication and training with PMA staff membersSTRENGTHS:Key Account Sales presentations - Vendor negotiations to secure closing sale - Outstanding organizational skills & creativity - Team building and supervision - Customer relationship building - Energetic work ethic & self-starter - Event coordination & execution - Positive attitudeRESPONSIBILITIES:Negotiated programs, terms of sale, budgets and completion of processes. PowerPoint presentations were shared with the CEO’s, Category Managers and decision makers of the Corporate chainsSelected the correct brands/products/sizes based on customer needs, merchandised according to applicable regulations set out by the Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission. Negotiated and implemented displays to promote products in retail as well as trade shows, used merchandising skills to obtain premium placement of end caps and other displays.Maintained knowledge of current sales and promotions as well as upkeep of our product/price list each week. Introduction of a new line of Edmonton Eskimo wines in 2012. The concept, labels, launch program, sell sheets, etc. were developed by myself.
