I've been employed as a shadow fax technology trainer for the the past year. I am responsible for the training component, knowledge transfer, and overall quality of the RCC assistance (Rider Care Center), which primarily assists our shadow fax riders.As the employees/agents on the floor communicate with the riders and address their concerns, my responsibility is to ensure that the quality of the answers they give the rider is accurate, to look out for any gaps, and to ensure that the quality is superior to the quantity. not just the agents' questions but also the riders'
