Roles & Responsibilities:Handling the recruitment department as solely for middle level and top level management pan- IndiaSourcing the profile from the portals monster and naukri according to our vacancy.Job posting will be done for some rare position to close.Making call to the candidates to know their ability, fix up the interview date with us and co-ordinate to the interview with our higher officials.Drawing the salary break-ups as per our company norms and applicants work experience.Preparation of CTC as per our head discussed with applicants employees' entitlement for approval from the HR head.Framing the induction and orientation according to position the employee placed.Issuing the appointment order receiving the account details to update in finance as well as payroll department to account the salary.Maintained the attendance of employees & leave forms to update the payroll section.
