Responsibilities - Strategic SourcingTo create multi source for the parts, to avoid Single source dependency, to meet the increased demand and to have cost benefit.Price fixation for New Products (moulding).Introduction of New suppliers to create competitivenes.Allocation of Share of Business for the price competitiveness vendor.Reviewing Vendor Schedule Adherence with production timeline and fulfilling the gaps in meeting the monthly requirement.Responsibilities - Supply Chain Management:Preparing monthly schedule & rolling wave plan to the vendors based on factory production and aftermarket requirement for local & outstation vendors. Handling 48 vendors of local & outstation by managing and monitoring the stock at various stages.Developing additional source for high volume components - on Moulding parts to avoid single source dependency and to ensure continuous flow of materials to the factory production.Monitoring & managing the Inventory for suppliers based on the production & transit lead time in line with factory production. Managing the support of stranger volume components to meet the aftermarket / service spare needs.Ensuring the timely availability of the design change parts for the production tryout and validation before regularizing.
