This position gave me a plethora of growth opportunities. I had the opportunity to do things I had never done before and I had the most fun doing it! I wore so many hats. I worked closely with marketing, went on field marketing trips to the South East Region, planned events, advised business retailers to help them be more successful, and looked globally with a deep understanding of the children’s and gift industry, amongst many other things.

Utilized my management skills to motivate employees to make quality sales, identify and prospect clients. Instrumental with training employees on product awareness and ways to show knowledge and confidence so that the employee was trusted as a true fashion expert. Developing employees gave me a great sense of purpose.

Banking played a crucial part in making me who I am today. Customer service, account management, and prospecting new clients and accounts was just the beginning of my sales career. Having the opportunity to be a part of the grand opening for a branch in Lawrenceville, GA, was a great experience because it taught me the importance of building a pipeline of consumer accounts, consumer loans, and home loans. Also, I learned how to do a business plan for the branch before it opened, which inspired me to find creative ways to market our branch.
