I was responsible for integrating new sensors and payloads, working together with the programmers and designers to deliver a functionality the customer can work with.I'm personally responsible for the way the Zenith 'feels' while flying, having set up that flight control system.Currently I am responsible for switching over to a new flight-control system. I have to make sure it has all the functionality it needs right now. And have it ready for the near future, so we can easily add RTK, Laser- altitude/distance sensor(s) Optical flow (downward and forward), extra processing power, etc. While keeping in mind the production proces always needs to become easier and cheaper. And improving the overal user experience.When a customer wants a modification I was often the one to ask if this is possible. I make the modification, the necessary paperwork and (internal) training..
