Providing policy support to the TDT and Gatsby review of the Early Career Framework.

Putting together and supporting a Commission on Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, considering the impact of government proposals on young people’s pathways to employment, and finding ways to help every young person to flourish.

Supporting ASCL’s commitment to equality, diversity & inclusion - analysing and collating available guidance and resources for members- working with others to refocus webpagesPolicy development in teacher/leader recruitment and retention, including early career framework and flexible working. - reviewing flexible working resources for DfE- writing ASCL’s response to the consultation on Appropriate Body reform & induction assessment
