Promoted to Officer in Digital Channel Development in April 2015. I am the product owner for multiple Digital Engagement channels, both internal and external, deployed by AIB including web chat, secure messaging, Knowledge Base, Local Markets Video and AIB Screen Share.I work with 3rd parties to find best in class Digital Engagement SAS tools to enhance AIB's customer engagements through digital channels. I keep close to an ever developing market to ensure AIB digital engagement channels align to the company's brand values and aim to be Ireland's leading Digital Bank.In 2019 I was promoted into a management position leading a team of skilled BA's to deliver AIB's Open Banking API suite.

In my 11 years in the ATM Operational department I led multiple teams .1. Shift Team Leader - I was responsible for a team of 4 tasked with providing out of hours support for the AIB self service device network including producing key daily / weekly and monthly MI for my management team.I led the project to reduce the departments operational hours from 24/7 to 7am - 7pm ensuring no loss to productivity.2. MRA Team Leader - I was appointed to Merchant Replenished ATM Team Leader once the project to reduce the departments operational hours was complete. I led a team of 3 and was responsible for maintaining the relationship of over 300 business customers who had AIB ATM's in their premises.3. Self Service Device Project Manager / Monitoring Team leader. Monitoring Team Leader responsible for a team of 13 tasked with maintaining the AIB self service device network availability. I implemented several process changes that led to record availability of 99% running.
