BSc (hons) Sports and Exercise Science, graduated from ATU in 2022 having spent my life involved in and passionate about sport.Currently studying towards a MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Psychology with Setanta College which commenced in March of 2023. I’ve spent years competing in trail and mountain running and some seasons living in the French Alps to train and work.I returned to Ireland to study and gain as much knowledge as possible in the area of sports and exercise.

Spent months working in the kitchen and behind the bar during my initial period spent in the french alps, allowed me the freedom during the day to train in the mountains and improve my physical capacities for this individual pursuit, while also spending the afternoons and nights working as part of the team at Le Vert.
