I am responsible for leading, managing and co-ordinating elements of the GAA Games Development programme including the GAA Coach Education Programme - including the GAA Games Development Conference, the John West GAA Féile tournaments, and the GAA Talent Academy games programme.I am an effective communicator and educator with experience of the breadth of educational management from strategy development to practitioner involvement in educational programmes for full time employees and volunteer membersI have developed significant research skills having completed a Ph.D. entitled: ‘Becoming a coach educator: an interactionist exploration’I have experience of delivering across a range of subject areas including coaching science, coaching pedagogy, skill acquisition, performance analysis, player development, leadership. I am a strong team player with a track record of delivering results through management of personnel and participation in a variety of working groups.
