I have supported some of the biggest technology organisations through periods of hyper growth. Three major aquisitions; merging 10000 people with a company of 75000 people onto the same payroll /HR system, and integrating 6 European business entities.3) . *I love helping people fulfill their potential* Whether that is pulling someone out of the mud and walking with them step by step to ensure they finish their first tough mudder; to coaching CEOs in preparation for their investment pitch. 4) *I care about people doing the jobs they love* Working closely with data scientists and engineers, I have implemented digital solutions to help individuals assess their skills, see their potential opportunities to develop, and take control of their own career. These systems have also allowed leaders to make quick hiring and/or promotional decisions based on business need.5) *I want to help people less fortunate connect with new opportunities* During my 18 months in the USA, I used my HR expertise to create a recruitment program & training for non-profits to help individuals impacted by human trafficking, exploitation and modern day slavery, to help them connect with new career and development opportunities.6) *I learn quickly* I work closely with a variety of people across industries, absorbing information, and transforming HR proccesses. A key skill that allowed me to launch a global policy library within 10 weeks for 10+ regions / states with varied employment laws.
