Naomi is the administrator of the University’s Pro Bono organisation providing a legal advice service for Staff and Students within the University. Her role includes managing 9 Firms and over 100 student advisors, she is the first point of contact for clients and advisors, she manages client files – hard copies and through a secure online system and she organises meetings with the clients and advisors and weekly presentations.

It is Naomi's duty to promote BPP Law School as an option for students to study their BPTC, LPC, LLM or the GDL. She has to communicate with the whole student population via social media, emails and posters to promote various presentations given by BPP staff to aid law students and students interested in a career in law. Including; the ‘Commercial Awareness’ course, ‘Life at the Bar’ and ‘How to obtain Legal Work Experience’.

Naomi's role included communicating with clients, mostly with mental health problems, to establish their legal problem and to try and find an adequate and achievable solution for her client. Naomi communicated with large companies on behalf of her clients such as Orange and EDF Energy through emails, letters and telephone conversations. She was always professional and understanding and she achieved excellent results for local people in need.
