I am an SME Finance Director/CFO with a keen commercial instinct who enjoys supporting the CEO and working closely with the board using financial insight to drive organisational success.My sector specialisms include technology, consultancy (timesheet-based businesses), SAAS and education (including the Apprenticeship Levy), as well as experience with charities. Having graduated with a Maths degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a Big Four firm, I have worked with organisations of all sizes, in both the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently I have supported CEOs on leadership teams of SMEs, with broad finance and operations remits, in high-growth environments. In my most recent leadership role, I implemented staff well-being and inclusion initiatives while completing the company’s B-Corporation application.
