I was in charge of planning and execution of the mega residential projects from pre-design stage to completion and handing over. These include Mayfair Residency and Bally Ha’l

Utilising my skills and expertise, I moved on to join Odeon Builders Pvt Ltd, a major construction company as General Manager. I headed complete spectrum of construction business operations comprising of day to day management and long term strategic vision and in-charge of projects.The projects accomplishedunder my supervision were high rise mass residential projects like Jaypee Kosmos, Sunworld Vanalika, and other like Rohtak stadium, ITI Building Rohtak, District Jail at Rohtak and NBCC Towers, Patna.

I steered complete civil engineering activities for residential and commercial projects during this tenure. These involved residential houses, farmhouses and commercial spaces.

An extension to the previous role, I shouldered civil engineering activities in its entirety for farmhouses, retail outlet, factory of Super Auto and high end residences. The deliverables typically comprised of planning execution, site supervision, construction and maintenance, vendor management, material management, quality assurance, landscaping and accomplishing projects timely and in line with the plan till handover

I progressed to associate with Siddhartha Construction Co. and honed skills drive end to end projects independently. Some of the attainments during this period were high end residential properties and commercial projects like Bambino Food Industries, Kwality Offset Pvt Ltd and Kuber Aqua Minerals Pvt. Ltd.

Shakti Sthala And Survey Works

I kick-started my career with prominent orders like Shaktisthala (Memorial of Late Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi) for construction of site office, electric substation building construction, horticulture works and VIP path. Apart from this, I undertook orders for Survey Works from Public Works Department (PWD), Delhi & Private Architects and prepared Survey Plans during this period.
