I steered complete civil engineering activities for residential and commercial projects during this tenure. These involved residential houses, farmhouses and commercial spaces.

An extension to the previous role, I shouldered civil engineering activities in its entirety for farmhouses, retail outlet, factory of Super Auto and high end residences. The deliverables typically comprised of planning execution, site supervision, construction and maintenance, vendor management, material management, quality assurance, landscaping and.

I progressed to associate with Siddhartha Construction Co. and honed skills drive end to end projects independently. Some of the attainments during this period were high end residential properties and commercial projects like Bambino Food Industries, Kwality Offset Pvt Ltd and Kuber Aqua Minerals Pvt. Ltd.
