• • End to End Payroll processing for various payroll region like India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Australia, China, Japan, Philippines.• Handling various statutory filing requirements for all these countries either monthly, quarterly or annually• Handling various year end activities for these regions• Vendor management such as vendor meeting, managing meeting updates, deadlines• Various projects on process improvement.• PF administration end to end.• Monthly reconciliation post payroll such as head count variance, cost.• Well versed with People Soft ERP tool (time and labor, global payment page, query managing)• Working closely with HR Operations, Global mobility team, C&B, TA and HR Service Center

• Validation & managing end to end payroll activities for India, Srilanka, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Malaysia, Indonesia and International assignees.• Full and final settlements for exit employees.• Responsible for delivering monthly payroll on time with 100% accuracy and statutory payments to respective authorities within deadline. • Perform payroll validation activities like G2N validation, net pay, previous to current, input v/s output, bank file etc.• Managing team members on timely payroll processing and statutory payments.• Preparation of month end payroll reports and sharing with respective stake holders.• Preparing the monthly journal entries for Net pay, IA re-class, Receipts, Payroll Tax and other entries for sub ledger posting.• Preparing checklist, validation of Net and Tax variances above 25% with previous month.• Addressing the employee payroll enquiries and issues on time through email, phone and Parature customer service system.• Creating PRF’s and sending to payments team for making the statutory payments on time.• Responsible for all new statutory changes implementation in payroll system accurately. • Validation of year end forms for all countries and also ensure company filing is completed accurately within the timeline.• Preparation of DTP (desktop procedure) for the current and new process in detail.• Presentation of monthly payroll overview with HR and other stakeholders.
