Responsibilities included architecture of the solution, technical reviews, stake holder management, team recruitment and implementation.• Built a cross functional team of 8 engineers that worked on integration, real time display and storage of vibration visualization solution amidst tight deadlines resulting from manufacturing life cycle.• Created architecture based on Industrial IoT reference architecture for IoT based solutions with large amount of data transfer and storage.• Lead the development of reference implementation of common IoT architecture.• Motivated and lead the team when legal limitations and customer feedback necessitated technology stack from from Java to C# .Net• Proposed architecture for cloud-based image processing in Social Infrastructure projects (Road monitoring, Tunnel inspection etc.) that would reduce the processing time 10x with low cost.• Promoted Continuous Integration across the teams to increase the overall adoption.• In a short time completed POC ready audio, video collaboration solution (Cloud board) involving multiple devices and custom hardware which included ramping up team members in various technologies.
