A proven competent HSSE, and Fire Safety management professional with over 36 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, who worked at senior HSSE positions in mid & down stream industries, major telecom industry and roda infrastructure. Played a key role in advising management and providing consultancy and training to workforce on HSSE and risk management and HSSE compliance management. Major accomplishments as a HSSE professional were the safe completion of three cross country pipeline construction projects and establishing the HSSE management system from scratch which was an exciting challenge, getting the Integrated management system (ISO- 9001/ 14001. & 45001) implemented and certified and aslo getting the 5-star OHS certification by British Safety Council (BSC) within 2 years of operations og the cross country pipeline. Subsequently received 3 Sword of Honors and 2 Globe of Honor awards from BSC. On behalf of PNGRB and OISD successfully conducted many HSSE , T4S, Pipeline Integrity management system and Emergency Response & Disaster Management Plan audits of many organisations. Driven the HSSE culture across organsiation by inspiring, motivating and engaging the workforce. Conducted many serious safety incident investigations, HAZOP studies, PSSR audits and Fire Safety Management audits. I was instrumental in developing and implementing many HSSE interventions to improve Safety performance including contractors' safety management system. Presented many papers at national level and was also a faculty member for Dip. industrial safety, fire safety conducted by Maharashtra Technical Board.
