  Professionally qualified fire and safety engineer from National Fire Service College, Nagpur with 30+ years of experience in the field of developing and implementation of HSE management system and integrated management system. Started carrier with NOCIL Petrochemicals , Thane plant as Management Trainee for 2 yrs. and rose to the level of Manager- Fire, Safety, Security and Administration in 16 years. In NOCIL I got an exposure to SHELL HSE management systems and processes since it was managed by SHELL. There after joined as Head- HSE with Reliance communication where I had to establish, implement and monitor the HSE management system for continual improvement. In 4 yrs the HSE management system was rated as EXCELLENT by Central Labor Institute, Sion, Mumbai. IN 2007 August I joined Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Limited engaged in construction, commissioning and operation of Natural gas pipeline which was green field project as Head-HSE. I was the first person to join HSE dept. It was a great challenge once again to establish and implement the HSE management system for cross country pipeline in public domain. within 2 yrs of commissioning the HSE management system was certified by British Safety council for 5-Star certification and Sword of Honor. Digitized the HSE management system for cross country pipeline. There after we received many national and international awarded in HSE field. I'm on the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board and OISD board as a Safety / HSE Auditor. Have done more than 10 audits of PSUs through PNGRB and OISD.
