SPOC for ELAMA PhMs & samples for registration and tender purposes.Demand and forecast analysis, knowledge of SAP,SCM software APO, IBPCoordination with MU (receipt of forecast for non-APO countries, PO against forecast, demand through APO, prioritizing of supplies from Baddi) and inform the delivery schedule to MU.Creation of SCA between PU and MU in P11, tracking SCA for renewal.Creation of SINO in APO for APO MU & Sales Order against PO in SAP for non-APO MU.Circulation of arrival plans for MU being handled, update in case of any gaps in arrival plans vs Actuals.Creation of new FG codes & Letter of Acceptance based on requirement.Follow up on artwork availability, BOM etc for Sales Order creation.Collation of non -APO orders for Production planning and packing plans.Sample co-ordination with MU and RA.To monitor and track tender orders for India MU & ELAMA PhMs & LAM.Regular Interaction with MU through weekly, fortnightly calls

Key Deliverables:Export:Coordination of Shipment Plan with Demand Planners as per the PO.Handling the Export Documentation team for ensuring Export Documentation done on time for daily planned dispatches.Executing the Daily dispatches from plants, co-ordination with the warehouse team for arranging the vehicle for delivering the shipments to the ports.Daily dealing with our CHA’s and ensuring activities related to customs clearance of export shipments done on time.Direct correspondence with overseas customers and ensuring to fulfill their requirements in terms of shipment arrival plan, providing shipping documents in advance and their other queries.Dealing with Customs/ADC if any queries raised by them and also visiting personally if required.Ensure for damage free delivery and follow the shipping process as per the SOP.Conducting regular follow ups on weekly basis with the freight forwarder/CHA companies for smooth functioning of their services.Import:Co-ordination with the overseas suppliers for their supplies against due orders.Arranging the shipping details and documents from the suppliers in advance to avoid delay in custom clearance,.Co-ordination with freight forwarder for incoming shipments, their actual arrival, Liasoning with CHA / Shipping lines for keeping track of vessel, loading, customer ETA etc.To arrange all activities regarding import logistics, documentations & delivery up to final premises.Co-ordination with our CHA’s and ensuring activities related to customs clearance of Import shipments like Filing of B/E in time to avoid any penalties from customs..Coordinate documentation for clearance at port with CHA, both for import and export. The documents will be checked for proper addresses, GST no, Rates, Duty amount, Duty category etc.. Checking all documents and processes and approves for processing to CHA.Arranging shipping documents required at the time of clearance/ADC, ensuring custom duty paid on time.Ensuring Shipments clear

Prepared all export documents like invoice, packing list, GSP, certificate of origin, B/L, airway bill, shipping bill, excise invoice, ARE-1, etc. for pre shipment & post shipment.Making Purchase orders, Proforma Invoices, Price list etc.Follow up with Bank for export payment realization i.e Inward remittances.Handled the commission of Agents and also arranging to send them to the buyer via bank as outward remittances.Prepared Documents for Excise Rebate claim.Prepared BRC’s for all the Export realized payments and send the same to the respected banks for timely issuance.

Assisted with incoming calls, Co-ordinated with the suppliers for executed orders,reconciled the incoming materials as per the order.
