Regional Manager Information Technology
CurrentKey Accountabilities• Leading and supporting strategies and plans to deploy infrastructure, enterprise architecture and technology selections that are closely integrated with corporate applications and utilities ensuring they meet availability, scalability, and business continuity goals.• Management & leadership experience with expertise in IT Strategy, Budgeting, Enterprise Solutions Implementations & Support, IT Consulting, IT Delivery, IT Support, IT Outsourcing/Managed Services, Stakeholder Management.• Collaborating with IT leadership and business leaders to ensure that technology, policies, standards, and tools effectively support the achievement of strategic business goals and portfolio criteria.• Providing technical guidance, leadership, and management oversight across the enterprise for major enterprise infrastructure projects that vary in scope and complexity. Provided consultation on the impact to business and product teams as well as core and non-core applications.• Developing enterprise infrastructure technology standards, governance policies, technical system documentation, standard operating procedures and ensures that all program and project activities adhere to corporate architectural standards and practices.• Planning and executing the evaluation and selection of outsourced solutions including: requirements gathering, capacity planning and cost-benefit analysis, leading the RFQ process, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation of and negotiation with third party suppliers. Building and maintaining the supplier relationship and manages their performance to the satisfaction of users. • Ensure adherence to ITGC, SOX Compliance, Data Privacy guidelines as applicableProgram Leadership• Establishing and managing budgets for the group and specific project/program initiatives.• Establishing and managing resource planning, allocation and deployment process that enables efficient and effective utilization of internal and external resources.
