Every child gets enriching learning experience through micro improvement at school level driven by educational leaders.

During the internship I studied the working of RUDI company; prepared an analysis report on the performance of RUDI Ben and came up with suggestions to improve the sales; conducted a price survey and analysis of grocery products in Ahmedabad shops and supermarkets; conducted interviews of the members of weavers group, child care centre, farmer group, SEWA bank members, Canteen project staff etc. to understand the different interventions of SEWA to empower women of informal sectors.The internship was an attempt to experience stakeholder interactions, interventions and working with the informal sector.

I led projects on "extracurricular development of rural students" at GLPS Hasaragod initially. Later was part of teams to lead a "clean environment" project and "pedestrian safety" project in Sirsi local town sponsored by Deshpande Foundation Hubli during my Bachelor’s Degree. Also been an active member from LEAD representing M.E.S.College of Commerce, Sirsi.
