Also taking IR reading for Overall batteries in every week. Taking responsibility of overall property’s equipment’s like: Light, Bulb, Water cooler, AC supply units, Smoke Detector, Sprinkler, Projector, FAS system, Speaker, Router, MCBs and Supply Modules Etc. Responsible for HVAC system [Routine Operation of Air Cooler chiller, Water cooled chiller, AHU (Air Handling Units, DX units (Direct expansion Unit) and CSU units (Ceiling Suspension Unit]. Taking Responsibility of all Accenture Event and Functions. Routine checking of HT and LT consumptions like (KWH, KVAH, KVARH, Power Factor, MD Etc. Also Water Meter Reading.  Uploading all the HT and LT daily consumption readings in the Excel sheet and sending it to superiors via Mail. Basic DG (Diesel Generator) maintenance like: Oil Level Check, Coolant Level Check, Gauge valve, DG consumption rating, Check for any Leakage, Cleanness of DG set.  Taking responsibility of all the abnormal activities and resolving.
