Technology executive responsible for the Advance Analytics strategy and led multiple teams to deliver 54 different Machine Learning/ Deep Learning models from concept to production within 2 years. A key initiative that is worth highlighting FINRA’s tech power is CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail) – the largest financial database in the world, to improve ability for the SEC and Regulatory Organizations (CBOE, NYSE, Nasdaq, MIAX, IEX, LTSE, FINRA) to oversee trading in the US Securities markets. We process over 400 billion market events using over 100k nodes in the Cloud on a single day looking for data issues, market manipulations, and patterns of market behavior.Managing parallel teams (Staff – 50+ direct, 75+ Indirect) across multiple projects, deliver business initiatives on time and budget. Key Focus – Strategy, Engineering excellence, Time to market, Operations excellence.Experience in managing working relationships with federal regulators such as the SEC, the Canadian regulator IIROC, Options regulatory body ORSA.
