Ever since commencing my professional career in 1998 I have been part of many roles encompassing the fields of Design, Application engineering, Technical, Sales and Marketing representing reputed brands namely 3M, Henkel Loctite and CUMI in india and Stanley Black & Decker in Dubai responsible for the Emerging Market regions covering the Industrial, Automotive & Building Materials & Construction domains.From 2007-2013, I was responsible for sales and projects for Dynabrade India , a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of Dynabrade Inc, headquartered in Buffalo, US specialising in manufacturing and sales of specialty abrasive power tools till May 2013.I was heading the sales responsibilty for the industrial and AOEM markets which therein enabled me to have a complete overview on what it involves for setting up operations and enable a new set up to grow from initial phase in terms of setting up distribution, identifying allied product lines to aid growth for a start up in a phased manner. This experience of being a part of the leadership in starting up of a subsidiary has enabled me to become a professional with good business acumen.In May 2013 I moved to Stanley Black & Decker, Middle East to help me broaden my understanding on the Construction market segment to help us devise and develop strategies in order to help us be perceived as a Value player and a front runner in terms of executing different Access to the market strategy to help us gain leadership in the said segment.
