I am a product and technology leader with a strategic business mindset. My speciality is bridging the gap between business and technology for the design, development, management and implementation of cutting edge products.I am the CTO for ONVU Technologies with responsibility for all group products. I look after the product, core technology and software engineering teams. As a consolidated group, we create and drive the product roadmap and develop the existing portfolio for all of the ONVU Technologies businesses including Oncam and ONVU Learning.My knowledge and experience so far has been built over 20 years which started out in electrical engineering, working on instrumentation and systems on Nuclear Power Stations and from there moved into TV and film production, technology, IT and post production. I then began my entrepreneurial journey creating products and businesses including online video and media management, SAAS, IOT and mobile software solutions. I also spent some time on hardware and software product consulting until I eventually found my home at ONVU Technologies where I have the honour of leading a passionate and talented group of individuals to deliver our exciting Technology and Product vision.In parallel I also co-founded a social enterprise Common Everybody, to engage children in their world and create long lasting productive links between school children from varying cultures and backgrounds. I am also very proud to have led a passion of mine, the development of Farnham Park Baseball and Softball Facility from a green field site to the elite 6 field venue and clubhouse it is today.Every day I learn and become more experienced. My drive and passion is the thrill of learning and improving while solving problems. Whether that be my personal life with my insatiable desire to take on new challenges or the daily process of learning from our team, our successes and our failures. I get fulfilment seeing the value in an idea, setting a vision and immersing myself with talented people to solve the problem and deliver a perfect user experience.

I will never forget 2012. Working within the Getty Images Major Events team to deliver the technology infrastructure for the photography team at all of the 26 venues of the 2012 Games. Designing and building state of the art robotic camera control boxes and remote firing systems for static remote cameras along with remote networking for image retrieval. Logistics, cabling and network infrastructure for cameras, photographers and image editors in places including the roof of the Olympic Stadium and the Aquatics Centre and extended networks at remote locations such as Greenwich Park. The time included specific support at key moments where speed of delivery is essential such as Opening and Closing ceremonies, 100m final and key Team GB Gold medals.A true honour to be part of 2012 and a privilege to have such a great view of the action for the 2 weeks.
