Senior Production Engineer
Current• Lead, develop mentor & motivate the Production team and enhance their capabilities & technical skills.• Cooperate with the plant & financial managers in achieving the budget.• Responsible for achieving productivity according to the production plan.• Responsible for the monitoring the assembly, calibration, testing and other processes• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to the factory’s production processes.• Collaborate with Quality Department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements an meeting quality assurance standards• Apply Statistical process control methodology in order to collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to management along with enhancement projects• Coordinate production supplies and material with warehouse and monitor the inventory levels• Liaise with the quality team in conducting & fostering inspection processes• Assist in the evaluation of returned finished products• Liaise with Quality team in analyzing the reason for defects during production or in returned products• Review internal operational facility layouts for process improvement• Estimate staffing requirements, production & cycle time, and relative costs to provide data for operational Decisions.• Liaise with maintenance team in planning & executing the preventive & corrective maintenance plans.• Assist the Plant manager in various ad hoc assignments.
