Senior Executive Channel Management
CurrentResponsibilities: • Identifying/engaging all appropriate groups (including suppliers/vendors) to manage the issue; coordinating, escalating, and communicating to internal and external groups based on documented procedures• Coordinating installation, maintenance, and removal of ATM machines• Scheduling services from outside vendors and contractors as needed• Ensuring that instructions and signs are properly located near machines• Providing user training to bank staff to ensure their familiarity with machines and ability to assist customers
