The company’s customer centric approach along with industry and market specific focus has garnered it the unbeatable support and trust of its clients and candidates in a short span.Responsibilities:• My primary responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing and hiring of IT professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the IT services industry• Taking the preliminary round of HR interview so as to judge the communication skills, basic technical experience which helps in validating the resumes and suitability of the candidate.• Responsible for proof reading and formatting resumes prior to submitting, ensuring that the skills and experience required is detailed in the body of the resume. • Consistently pipeline passive candidates to speed up the submission process when given positions requiring urgent response times. • Negotiate salary and/or rate of candidates based on current compensation and client’s budget and constraints.• Excellent knowledge about Screening and validating the resumes searched from job boards and database. Able to understand consultant willingness and area of interest.• Excellent knowledge about USA requirement (US Staffing) (Contract / Full Time / Contract to hire) analysis and Process of recruitment. Have very good knowledge of USA Visas classification and working status (W2 / Corp to Corp / 1099).
